Design a gift is very simple to use but for those who still need a helping hand, here’s a quick step by step guide:

Go to the Design a Gift homepage.

Click on the Create Your Gift! button.

Now choose your apparel (from within the Apparel tab). There are loads to choose from, such as Men’s, Women’s and Accessories such as mugs, caps and bags etc. You can also select the colour of the item.

Now click on the Designs tab and start designing your selected item. You can either choose from the ready made ones (there is a dropdown just under the tabs with a huge choice of categories) or you can click on the upload a photo link and use your own photo or design. If you choose a ready made design, you can also amend the colours if need be.

Next click on the Text tab and add some text to the item if you want. You can also amend the font, font size and styling in this tab.

Once you’re happy with your item, select the size and quantity (above the Add to Basket button) and then click Add to Basket.

You can now Continue to checkout or Create another Product. If you continue to checkout, ensure everything is correct and then Proceed to checkout.

Complete the simple ordering process and then wait for your item to be delivered.

It’s as simple as that. Also remember that you can move your design around and resize if need be. There are also buttons to the left of the colours that allow you to add designs and text to other angles of your item such as the back or the sides.

There are a range of ready made designs you can choose from, or if you’re feeling really creative, you can design your own. You can also add custom text if you wish.

Aside from gifts there are other reasons to create your own products. Going on a stag do? Design some t-shirts for the occasion! Bored of your plain work bag? Create a unique, funky one! Holding an event? Create some custom lanyards! I could go on but I’m sure it’s clear that Design a Gift has many uses from gifts for loved ones to corporate branded accessories.

So, enjoy and feel free to give us your feedback.
